Rich discussions happened during the Community Meetup held in early December. Thanks to everyone who showed up and participated! These events are meant to be informal and a great way to meet other members of Astronomers for Planet Earth and learn more about the organisation.

Don’t hesitate to join the next sessions which will be held on:

• Thursday February 5, 2026 at 1800 UTC

• Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 1300 UTC

The format will be the same as before:

• The first 10 minutes will be for new members or anyone who wants to learn more about A4E. It will be a short presentation about the organisation and the current projects.

• The remaining 45 minutes are open to anyone who wants to get to know other members and share ideas.

Everyone is welcome – whether you have been active in A4E or not! The Zoom link will be sent in an email to all members of Astronomers for Planet Earth a week or so before the event. They will also be posted in Slack in the channels #annoucements and #topic_events
